Pros
-Cool work timings -Lot to learn if one wants to. Only thing is one needs to be proactive. Lot of training programs to be grabbed. -If one strikes the right chord at work, growth is exemplary. One needs to be positive. -Good employee engagement -I have to admit it is a professional environment
Cons
-Career path is not clear for most of individuals. -Too much dotted line reporting concept makes the employee confused. -Company could have automated most of the processes, but has failed and still rely on hell lot of paper-work for almost everything. -Off-shore model in IT dept. has failed to an extent or more precisely has not been achieved as per the target - due to the politics by people sitting in other geography (esp. Desi)
