Stryker's Work Culture is Good, It also provides Free food that is good enough for a bachelor like me, You can learn many new technologies here.

Cons

Company does not provide Cab facility , This is a very big concern and The senior management is not sure about Vision of Stryker India. Clear career path is not there for Employees.

Great environment, people usually get promoted about every 2 years. Very understanding about family, and maternity leave. Great benefits.

Cons

Compensation isn't great, but kind of makes up in benefits. Depending on who you are, your ideas will be taken seriously.
