Pros

Great benefits/wag increases to be had from sticking with them for a few years. Brilliant people working there, a real community.

Cons

Slow to provide developmental opportunities and unless you're in production prepare to do extra unpaid hours. Very reactive environment, processes haven't caught up to their success and vast expansion in recent years.

Good Work and culture Slow and study People development

Cons

Leadership has no background in R&D and Medical devices Leadership are mainly doing administration work than developing the R&D strategy. Only scrap are in leadership team who can't even communicate and present anything to bigger team. The one with more experience and talent in the company are sidelined. Not sure why. Policies and process does not applies to leadership. Only junior level positions open for internal employees, all the leadership positions are hired from non medical devices background with no talents are what so ever.
