      Pros

      I believed in Stryker's values and their work ethic. Thier benefits were very good and helped my family out a bunch :)

      Cons

      I thought that men were put in front of women as far as moving up. I also felt that promotions were giving to friends instead of giving everyone a chance to apply for the job.

      Good, valuable products. Excellent innovation and products that make a difference to people's lives

      Cons

      Poor senior leadership or focus. No fresh or forward thinking ideas Menial work tasks and meaningless targets/reports Not open to becoming more efficient Thrive on meeting targets for the sake of bonus payments. No room for professional development or career progression. Led by inexperienced function specific managers. Gallup drive for recruitment is the core of Stryker's failings!
