Pros

Ability to make a high income Limited paperwork Nobody looking over your shoulder You can schedule 80 work weeks or 30 hour work weeks depending upon need

Cons

They raise your quota every year to where you must win every deal They are constantly trying to find ways to reduce pay; smaller territories, reduced commission, less products to sell in order to get more feet on the street

Pros

Big company with offices around the country and the world, cash and resources.

Cons

Little inter-divisional communication and sharing of information and ideas, need to be a Stryker 'insider' to get promoted.

Pros

401K is excellent Clean work environment Stable Company Pretty women are everywhere especially at corporate

Cons

9 years with 8 different managers and 7 different supervisors while in the same department. Signed bids to get out of the department got negative feedback on reviews for it Fools excel while skilled intelligent people get slighted Can't be a supervisor unless your head only shakes yes all day, regardless of how bad management's decisions are. Temps get abused. They should tell them that If you're not a "temp to hire" then you are a "temp to fire", no matter what they teach you, once your area is caught up, be it 3 months or a year, you will be let go.They tend to lead temps on and let them think they have a chance to get hired in. Like to fire people around Christmas every year. That's just heartless and wrong. Very inconsistent in many ways Like Charlie Darwin said..."Working for a system built to fail" Back stabbing like I have never seen in my life Employees call the place "bizarro world" should have known when I started that was a bad sign. Go to meetings where people get kudos for reworking errors on overtime and double time that they screwed up on straight time. Every new manager has to implement the next big thing that will save the company so that the next manager can do away with that and start their own company saving process. No one can interpret the FDA guidelines so they pay some other company to do it for them then make internal regs that make it almost impossible to do any work.
