      People are nice great product in making a difference in people's lives

      Cons

      No real direction or leadership from management;being blamed for other's mistakes. Feel like the cleanup crew in addition to trying to do the daily job. Seems all they care about is getting sales & not keeping long term quality people.

      Pros

      Get to meet a lot of people to expand network. Coworkers are friendly and pretty decent. Free gym on site. Good 401k match. Job is kind of stable if you are not too hated by others. A great company to stay if you are ready to retire from it soon.

      Cons

      Very decentralized. Nobody knows what other departments are doing. No long term strategy, or at least not communicated to to employees. Very arrogant, with the attitude of "you are lucky to have a job here", although the salary and benefit is really below average. With that attitude, it's really hard to retain good works or even good vendors. That makes keeping the quality of services and products very difficult. Quality issues one after another.
