      Pros

      Very stable if you are a decent employee. No promise for future growth but you have to be very disagreeable to be fired.

      Cons

      Not as much potential as HR will sell you when you go to interview.

      Pros

      Stryker recruits super capable people through their Gallup processing. As such, the people that work at Stryker are usually extremely capable. This also promotes a competitive work environment.

      Cons

      The downside to the Gallup organization is that almost every position/task in the company becomes highly political. New recruits typically step all over each other vying to reach supervisor/manager level before one another, often at the company's/other's expense.

      Pros

      The company recruits people strait out of college so you end up working with a younger crowd, which is nice if you are in the same age group. They also do a lot of team building activities which can be fun. Good environment in general.

      Cons

      The pay is not competitive and they are really strict on clocking in/out. It's demeaning and sometimes hard to see the big picture when you feel nickel and dimed on the little things.
