Very open with coorporate and divisional information and communication in general is very highly valued. in general it's a pretty postive work environment and optimism is encouraged for the most part. there's a lot of very intelligent people in one place and you can almost always find an answer to any questions you may have. there is always something new to learn if you seek it out.

Lots of opportunities to take valuable training, such as lean manufacturing or supply chain certifications. Early career employees who are driven can move up the ladder quickly and can easily have a "Team Lead" role within a few years.
