      Pros

      Highly intelligent co-workers that are driven to help the company succeed in it's mission make it a rewarding place to go every day. Competitive salaries, good benefits, supportive environment.

      Cons

      A lack of communication between the divisions of the larger corporation can make it difficult to accomplish larger goals. Frequently time and resources are wasted with duplicative efforts.

      Pros

      Good benefits, you can learn about the medical device industry. Mostly friendly work environment and working with some talented (and young) people.

      Cons

      Hiring, recruiting process is awkward and can keep a lot of good people out. Seems not much of upper management is mostly in their late 20's. The lack of experience in leadership can show. Salary below average.

      Pros

      Great high achieving peers that push you to do better. Always opportunities. Stryker always feels like a competition that comes down to the last minute, and for those who live for that, it is a very hard place to leave.

      Cons

      Poor strategy and long term thinking by management. Over reacted to the FDA and development has been all but stopped. If we commit to doing something, make sure that we can support it and if not don't do it and focus.
