Pros

There are a lot of good talented people who want to do a good job and make a difference. Employees are motivated and there is not as much politics as in most companies.

Cons

Stryker could do a lot more to improve salary in order to improve employee job satisfaction. Only good for young people early in their career; for older people switching jobs to stryker, their experience is not recognized as seen in rank and pay.

Good benefits, including tuition assistance and a great 401(k) plan with a 7% discretionary contribution. The company is growing fast by acquiring mid-sized and small companies. Great product portfolio.

Cons

There is no diversity at the workplace. Recent hires in leadership roles lack of the fundamental people skills and education.

Type A go-getters, Young and ambitious professionals, Enjoyable work atmosphere, Fun events both during and outside of work, coffee machines.

Cons

Not much vacation time, longer than usual hours, political pay/promotions, different training philosophy, high turnover, lots of supervision, facility not the greatest.
