From the first day forward greatness will be expected of you and you will be given plenty of responsibility for project progression and completion. You'll be exposed to the entire life cycle of bringing a product to market and the rigors of testing, analyzing, refining, and creating that product.
Cons
Profit and margins come first and foremost. Senior management is never aware of the actual time it takes to bring a product to market and therefore they create unreasonable timelines which creates a negative atmosphere and less than motivated workers who know they can never win.
