Work will be your life

Pros

The company executes on its mission and produces high results. Very competitive, you will be pushed beyond your limits and you will make a tremendous impact through your work. You will gain a lot of experience and exposure.

Cons

Work will be your life. You will be expected to work over the normal hours and they will cut you so fast if you are not producing results. It is a company that puts results first and then people second. Can be ruthless and it has a very fratty culture. When you take their Gallop assessment, BE HONEST because you will do yourself a disservice if you get hired and cannot Keep up. It’s not worth it if you have a family.

Pros

Clean work environment, culture and values

Cons

Work / life balance is terrible, it's a cookie cutter factory, benefits are terrible, salary is terrible, it's a cult like workplace and I couldn't stand that. Not for me.

Stress Inducing

Pros

*Plenty of overtime!...because it's mandatory. *Company provided holiday meals (Thanksgiving and Christmas) *Employee Appreciation Week (time off production to relax...then work longer because of lost production time)

Cons

*Employee Appreciation Week (time off production to relax...then work longer because of lost production time) *50+hr work weeks (unless you get that NEW weekend shift or four 10hr days shift, which is only one or a couple of departments) *Underpaid for the amount of risk involved! *Skeleton crew even before COVID. If someone calls out, everybody suffers because that quota HAS to be made! *Cliques like school days, beware the gossip. *Ask for your ideas and opinions but: don't implement them or take credit and profit from them later.
