9 years with 8 different managers and 7 different supervisors while in the same department. Signed bids to get out of the department got negative feedback on reviews for it Fools excel while skilled intelligent people get slighted Can't be a supervisor unless your head only shakes yes all day, regardless of how bad management's decisions are. Temps get abused. They should tell them that If you're not a "temp to hire" then you are a "temp to fire", no matter what they teach you, once your area is caught up, be it 3 months or a year, you will be let go.They tend to lead temps on and let them think they have a chance to get hired in. Like to fire people around Christmas every year. That's just heartless and wrong. Go to meetings where people get kudos for reworking errors on overtime and double time that they screwed up on straight time. Every new manager has to implement the next big thing that will save the company so that the next manager can do away with that and start their own company saving process. No one can interpret the FDA guidelines so they pay some other company to do it for them then make internal regs that make it almost impossible to do any work.
