So many overtime hours they don't want to pay us for, no personal development for the future, pay is not worth the price of my mental health, not been able to take vacation when wanted (only one person a day approved), also never work with stryker equipment

This is the absolute worst organization that I have worked for. Unless you are a white man or a white woman, you have no hope of advancing. Everyone in leadership is a Stryker clone. They look the same, sound the same, dress the same and think the same. They pretend that that they are diverse and inclusive, but the reality is, unless you fit in to the mold, you’ll never have an opportunity for growth or development. They also love to make decisions about processes, but have absolutely no idea of the work that is being done or how.
