Pros

Great stepping stone job; looks great on a resume; you have to grind so hard at this job it makes every other hard job seem “not so bad”

Cons

You drive 5,000 a month and get no money for gas or toward your car at all; you are belittled by any man of higher position than you if you are a female; as an associate in this company you learn absolutely nothing, are given no credit but do all the work and it’s 100% a “boys club”

Pros

Good employee benefits. If you’re not in a busy territory the position isn’t half bad.

Cons

Overworked, underpaid, and a lot of stress. This position is salaried and you’ll most likely work 10-12 hour days 4-5 days a week if you’re in a busy territory. Have to plan cases for a few hours on Sundays. Vacation and time off gets denied often. No vacation/days off allowed in Q4. No room for growth in this position.

Pros

Great benefits, access to training

Cons

Sketchy management tactics. They look the other way when associates are essentially hazed, toxic behavior amongst coworkers is normalized (including bro culture), and speaking up about problems is seen as a weakness (ie you aren't "cut out" for the job)—definitely a "boys club" mentality.
