A really nice mixture of very senior through junior personnel. Provides great advancement even for Senior and Staff engineers to advance their career knowledge and experience, especially in embedded systems.

Cons

Not uncommon to lose top personnel to other local companies, because Seattle area is such a hot spot for top tech jobs.
