1. I had my interview process over a period of 45-60days. 2. Thorough screening was done, proper evaluation of skills was performed. 3. Alignment of candidate's skill to job requirement was given priority. 4. A satisfactory compensation was offered. 5. Colleagues are all very co-operative.

Cons

1. The onboarding team was working on delayed schedule. 2. Please keep the candidates informed about the schedule 24hrs prior to onboarding. 3. This creates a hoax among candidates being it's the first day
