Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We do recognize that we have had a challenge finding skilled workers to operate our machines. This is a challenge that a lot of manufacturing plants are facing at this time. Our goal is always to find skilled workers, but due to the unique nature of our roll forming business, we also offer opportunities for candidates to begin their manufacturing career with us with entry level positions. We recognize this strategy poses unique challenges to the rest of the team, which is why we are working on training and educating the new team members we have to get them up to speed as quickly as possible!
