Nice but you feel like an intern, good resume building

pay is almost non existent, I got paid 250 a week+300 a month+1500 relocation bonus which is nice I guess, but the 250 a week hurts.

SCA has the will to be great and try to offer everything amazing for their employees. Ability to telecommute and have a flexible schedule

Cons

SCA is not always transparent even if it effects you directly Brings employees down instead of up high expectations and little return to employees always seems to be understaffed
