Pros

Small, family atmosphere, everyone knows everyone.

Cons

Crunch and weekends happens, but over the past 2 years it's been nearly eliminated. 401k exists but is not employer matched.

Pros

- Very high pay - Amazing benefits - Lots of swag, mountains of poop plushies - Flexible hours (outside of crunch) - Fun company events - A big PAX booth with giant dinosaur statues - You get to work on a very successful IP with a massive player base - Dinosaurs are rad

Cons

These cons apply primarily to the design/programming departments: - Creatively stifling - Profit-driven high-level decision making - Extreme crunch (6-day weeks for months at a time leading up to release) - Can often be a highly frustrating work environment in terms of feeling heard and valued - Management makes the same mistakes repeatedly - Company communication is often sluggish and inconsistent, especially when it comes to major design and date changes - Internal meetings/reviews can, and often do, happen very late at night or on weekends and last for hours
