      Pros

      Pay is good in certain departments. Better if you only started working 5 years ago.

      Cons

      Horrible communication and lack of empathy to employees. You're only there to fill a position. There is no value to you other than having a heartbeat and going to work. If you've been working here 20+ years there's no appreciation to it
