Pros

With better management it would be a great place to work.

Cons

The management is very unprofessional and play favorites when it comes to moving up. I initially thought the job was a professional environment before working there. The only way to advance there would be to become friends with the managers. The raises are petty.

Pros

Very good sense of family in the office space. Best team to work with in my entire career so far

Cons

PAY PAY PAY. So many promises of promotions and pay raises with nothing to show. It's very frustrating. Also, although talk of moving up the ladder is voiced, these positions are not going anywhere anytime soon. Your basically stuck at the bottom of the totem pole for at least 5 years.

The work isn't really hard, the environment is laid back, and the pay is decent.

Some managers can be a pain in the butt and the training is a little to fast for the amount of information they expect you to know
