Pros
- Highly stable company with growth potential - Excellent workplace culture in the technical teams, and in specific other areas as well. - Opportunity for learning, progression and cross-departmental movement if you seek it out. - Interesting problems to solve, with way more technical work than you might expect for a jewelry manufacturing operation. - Lots of investment into technology operations and future foundational growth. - Leadership is highly engaged, tenured and allow for a lot of what I'd call "Earned Autonomy". - Benefits are slightly above average, but improving. - Wages are starting to catch up to the overall marketplace. - Remote work is becoming more accepted, though not fully embraced.
Cons
- Large company politics will always be a thing. Par for the course. - Tendency towards top-down decision-making sometimes goes too far.
