Great work environment. Decent pay. Laid back atmosphere.

Cons

HR department's ability to terminate with impunity. They can and will dig through private chats to find reasons to fire you after complaints are discovered to have no merit. The web dev team is exclusive and cultish. Directly going against the company's inclusivity culture. If you are not part of the cult, they will actively seek to make you feel uncomfortable. They will talk trash about you without saying your name. If you stand up to them, they will make bogus complaints until HR fires you for privately sending memes.

Getting the actual job was a series of interviews that had nothing to do with the work itself. They make it very hard to get into a company with a really bad turnover rate and awful reviews for some reason. They’ll also lie to you about starting pay which with their lack of raises is definitely a concern. Was NOT a good experience
