Pros

Benefits available Good job for someone who likes hands on work / something different everyday Plenty of opportunities to help the community Lots of events hosted by stuller for employees like Christmas thanksgiving and even competitions for halloween and plenty of others Lots of opportunities to learn other departments and cross training

Cons

Lack of work life balance lots of mandatory overtime Certain people in management showed favoritism and made it super hard for people that weren’t the favorite Lack of accommodations when it came to mental health issues like ptsd anxiety and others Bottle neck training situations not enough trainers for the amount of new employees brought on which cause stunted growth in career development
