Pros

Stuller is a great place to work with a lot of cool personalities. Great benefits, lot's of company activities, and a large push for healthy living and giving back to the community. It's fast paced here. I put this in the pros and cons section because it can be perceived as both.

Cons

Stuller is a huge business comprised of several departments. Cultures vary from team to team and there are definitely some teams not fun to work with. Stuller is also slow to modernize. Still very skeptical of wfh, it took forever for this company to realize there is no escaping the wfh culture in America. It's fast paced here. I put this in the pros and cons section because it can be perceived as both.
