Pros

Allows you to learn different things throughout the company. The pay is fairly decent as well.

Cons

The atmosphere is physically, mentally & spiritually draining. It’s all about where you’re at in the company. It doesn’t matter how you feel because every department has a certain way of doing things. No one stands up for you. If you feel some type of way about something taking place and try talking to higher authority, they just make you feel like you’re the problem. There are a LOT of bullies. People who talk to you and treat you how they choose to, and get away with it. I would not recommend for working at Stuller especially in Sales or CAM. CAM is a VERY hypocritical and toxic department.
