Pros

Allowed to wear jewelry as long as we didn't have to go to the plant side. Mon-Fri job, some Saturdays during the holidays

Cons

Micromanaged by my assistant manager Crappy middle of the day shift Almost impossible to move up Spanish speakers made more than the employees with seniority.

Pros

Great hours if you're in college (4pm-9ish pm M-F) and decent pay as well.

Cons

Can be a really fast-paced environment and management isn't always responsive to employee needs.

Pros

Stability. Meaningful company in the jewelry space. Large stage. Partnership with GamVision and TDM paves the way for leadership in the industry.

Cons

Red tape. Stiff hierarchy. Struggles to understand what it wants - JIT model that also expects in-case dominance. Lower wages compared to industry overall. Must relocate to Louisiana.
