Pros

Pay is decent, raises are decent, dental and vision insurance is decent. There are company events that are somewhat enjoyable.

Cons

Medical insurance goes up EVERY year. Poor management and many departments are very micromanaged. Woke-leaning company with very liberal higher-ups who attempt to limit employees’ voices/opinions on certain topics. They don’t want you to offend anyone if it’s regarding a certain topic. They work certain departments to the point of exhaustion and burnout. Certain people have more privileges and leeway that others. Almost as if it’s a not what you know, but who you know company. Hypocrisy runs deep here and many changes need to be made. MANY. If I’d tell my story, I’d most definitely have a massive target on my back due to them knowing who I am.
