      No pros unless your management or sales

      Cons

      History of hiring worthless people. Created a very toxic culture of laziness. For some reason ,all labor positions were filled with minorities while management and above are all white, power trippers who's only concern was their six figure salaries and bonuses.

      Room for advancement if willing to relocate. Good work/life balance. Competitive pay. Good industry.

      Cons

      Bonus structure is unrealistic. A lot of bottle necks at the corporate office. Hard to get things done fast.
