      Pros

      Strong organization that has the structure and discipline of a national builder without giving up the human element of a family owned company. If you are looking to work hard, grow and be a part of an expanding company then I would recommend this company.

      Cons

      No real challenges as long as your work hard and are their for a career and not just a "job".

      The people there were amazing. They were welcoming and open.

      Cons

      When I was hired they said they would never fire someone for budgetary reasons. I asked to find growth and walked into a fire.
