Pros

For the most part the culture and coworkers.

Cons

A bit of nepotism. And the starting jobs are so so physically exhausting. Like 8 to 12 hours of walking backwards or flinging arms. Also sort of like high school with the cliques. Management is out of touch and typically don't value the opinion of those who actually make the product.

Brutal Labor, Terrible Treatment, Lowest Pay

Pros

Great travel locations. See the world.

Cons

The Management treats the deck gang like dogs because they all quit anyway. The pay is the worst I've ever heard of and they aren't planning to raise it anytime soon. They hire people with no experience or knowledge of what they are getting into because the people with experience all leave after one trip. People keep getting hurt because of how hard they work the crew and how little they do to accommodate safety.
