Great management structure. Knew exactly what my duties were and how I was contributing to the team. Allowed space to do your own work while still being available for assistance.

Cons

Work load varies greatly with current projects. Not many young employees.

Take a look at the workers and non workers. During layoffs, seems more of the wrong people were let go
