I literally can’t think of any other than that you hopefully find a supportive colleague as you both try to survive the depths of hell and misery

Never in my life have I ever experienced such a giant mess of chaos and cluelessness. No direction, no communication, no employee appreciation. You are expected to devote your life to this place for subpar compensation and no furthering opportunity worth while. You get rewarded for your hard work by absorbing more responsibilities with no pay increase or bonus. If you work here, do the absolute bare minimum to keep your sanity and you’ll get the same raise as everyone else. This company lost it’s way and turned into a joke
