Pros
At my level they pay pretty well. Benefits are good if you elect the PPO. 401k match is very good. 5% if you contribute 5%.
Cons
Terrible morale. No reward for hard work. Positions below me don't pay very well. Upper management doesn't care about their employees. They take 1 benefit away annually. This has gone on for the last 5 years. Not a lot of room for advancement at this time.
