Pros
Before Submit Express i had basic web design knowledge. At Submit Express I learned about SEO and Social Media Marketing and greatly increased my skill set. It was a great place to work and staff were friendly. They also offered monthly staff lunches and Employee of the month awards.
Cons
I wish there were more raises more often, but I understand with the economy slow down it was not possible and I am just glad I did not lose my job. The drive was a little too far for me, but other than that it was great place to work.

Pros
The great perk was that I was using my writing skills to pay the bills for the first time (outside of freelancing) in my life.
Cons
Although I was given three stellar reviews with glowing reviews from both customers and coworkers, I was never given a raise for my commitment to excellence for our clients. This was ultimately the reason I decided to leave and go full-time freelance at that point in my life.
