Pros
Before Submit Express i had basic web design knowledge. At Submit Express I learned about SEO and Social Media Marketing and greatly increased my skill set. It was a great place to work and staff were friendly. They also offered monthly staff lunches and Employee of the month awards.
Cons
I wish there were more raises more often, but I understand with the economy slow down it was not possible and I am just glad I did not lose my job. The drive was a little too far for me, but other than that it was great place to work.

- Very Good Pay - Office location was close to where I live - Monthly Company lunches & employee of the month awards - Pays 50% of health insurance - Kick back environment. No Micromanagement
Cons
- I wished they provided raises more often - No 401K - Not much opportunity for moving up the corporate ladder
