      Pros

      Everyone in the company makes you feel like you are family. You will feel appreciated for your work, and, if you want to grow in the company, it will be encouraged and supported all the way. The best place I have worked at and I am proud to be a part of such an inclusive team.

      Cons

      I can't think of any obvious cons here because SAS has a big focus on continuous improvement. When something does not work or is just not as good as we want it to be, the company goes a long way to fix issues or develop new opportunities for us. You just have to always be vocal and open with management and your opinions will always matter here.
