Pros

Really fun place to work dependent on franchise Very fast promotion (I joined as a Sandwich Artist - 1 year later I'm a Multi-Unit Manager having worked in all in-store roles for 6 different stores and 3 different franchises). Good salary for management Free food Easy to move to other franchises and locations Really good support from Development Agents and Head Office Shortage of trained SUBWAY Managers so easy to move to a different franchises

Cons

Operations are different from store to store Can be long hours Lots of extra work at home (management) Fast paced work again dependent on store Requires a lot of re-location to progress within the company

Pros

The customers were pretty decent. The food for the most part is fresh and healthy.

Cons

The business consultants did not back management up when owner was doing shady practices. More worried about keeping their job, not holding owners accountable. Owners regularly bounced paychecks, and continually had to have utilities switched back on after not paying their bills.
