Pros

Friendly team environment and supportive co-workers. Flexible shifts that worked well around personal commitments. Gained strong customer service and communication skills. Good experience handling cash and working under pressure. Management generally approachable and helpful.

Cons

Can be very busy and stressful during peak hours. Long periods standing on your feet. Staffing levels sometimes low during busy shifts. Limited opportunities for progression in-store. Pay could be more competitive for the workload.
