Free sub and unlimited drinks if you work 6+ hours a day. Understanding customer Easy to get in to your role Supportive staff (excluding manager)

fast-paces social free food (in a responsible management) flexible hours

Cons

you basicly work for 3 people and responibility grows more and more while pay is minimum and no benefits minimum wage

Pros

Have a footlong plus beverage for lunch so need not worry about one time meal.

Cons

Beware of subway owners who ask you to do everything in the store. Dont join those. They will pay you less compared to how much they could have paid to couple people doing the same thing you're doing by yourself. You gotta do every single duty for over 8 hours and during rush hours like lunch or dinner, you will wish you could die, that's the level of stress. Over a 100 subs in 2 hours.
