Pros
My franchisee gave us a free sub every shift which was convenient. Also not bad health wise as far as fast food goes.
Cons
It depends on how your franchisee runs the business, but some are very stingy and under-staff heavily. This can leave you working alone with a lot of customers to sever and a lot of cleaning to do before you close the store at night. Usually in this situation you won't get out on time and your employer probably won't pay you for extra time. Minimum wage.
