Pros

Working at subway wasn't that bad for a first job. The hours were pretty flexible for the most part and I enjoyed the company of most of my co-workers.

Cons

The restaurant was always under staffed at night and the management didn't do a good job coordinating shift changes. The overall work environment was very unprofessional.

Pros

Flexible hours. I usually got the days i requested off. Co-workers are easy to work with. The sandwich artists work as a team in order to be as efficient as possible during their shifts.

Cons

As in most jobs, some workers don't pull their own weight. This leaves the next shift with more work to do. You can't leave unless all your work is done at the end of your shift. Customers can be rude.

Pros

I get to work in a very clean, neat and tidy environment. Not very tiring compared to other jobs. The shop has very strict rules which makes a very prestigious working environment.

Cons

A little bit lower salary compared to other jobs.
