The people, the team work, no backstabbing. It is busy and there is always something to do, without getting overwelmed.

Cons

There are no benefits for full time employees. No vacation, no sick time.

Free food A few nice coworkers Sandwich shop experience Cashier experience Supervisor was never around, so could breathe easily with no one standing over shoulder

Terrible management Terrible, lazy coworkers Refused to send me my W2 during tax season Wasn't even paid minimum wage Given one hour of training then expected to know everything 6 hours of work a week No chance of promotion Unsafe working conditions Dishes never cleaned, just run through dirty water Yelled at for trying to properly wash and sanitize dishes Fired along with others for asking for more hours
