Nothing to complicated You'll do fine as long as you know what you're doing

Cons

Sometimes there's only 1 person working, which is yourself. And you have to take care of everything. Even in rush hour

Pros

- Free Food - No risk of boredom - Every day a new challenge

Cons

- Absymal Pay - very stingy - Poor/Non Existent Management who consisted of "Office Bullies" trying to push everybody else around. - No benefits - Forget Career Progression - If you open/close the store, do not expect to be paid overtime for the process. They want you to work for free - "Evaluations" from the franchise co-ordinators are contradictory, condescending, and contain practices which only work in US culture.
