Pros

I got the chance to learn some leadership skill by becoming a shift leader. This is where I learned my customer service skills, and learned how to treat people properly.

Cons

There are a lot of TERRIBLE customers that you have to deal with. Some very demanding people.

Pros

Subways really not a bad food service place to work at. The food prep is simple, they have come with a good way of working that's very efficient. You also get a free 6 inch sub, at least at the subway I work at.

Cons

The online training program is very lame, slow, and completely unmemorable. It also has a laughably high amount of spelling errors which implies that a minimal effort was put into its development.
