Pros

Flexible with schedule they are a really human company that understand your situations and problems they were really flexible with me on schedule and school

Cons

I really don't have anything bad about the company except that I really wish you could grow more I sed the company and they would give you more opportunity

Pros

The compensation is on par with the industry. They were great with working around my personal schedule. The job can actually be fun if you enjoy interacting with people.

Cons

There isn't much room for advancement. Subway's average store has only one manager,often being the owner, so its hard to advance.

Coworkers are amazing Owners are very nice (depends on the location) Get a free footlong every time you work Flexible hours and management

Pay is minimum wage Dealing with rude customers Always being called to cover somebody's shift Smelling like stale after working
