Pros

the only pro i can think of would be that for every shift you work, you get a free 6 inch sub. that's about it...

Cons

no leadership at all, management never around, training was non-existent, super busy store with not enough people working. owner was rude and unreasonable. told me that working at subway should be my priority (as opposed to university)

Pros

In order to get customer service experience. You are able to get preparation experience, and also experience putting all the inventory on the front ilne.

Cons

Most employees are high school students, or employees have only motivation to stay withing Subway. People are just there to have a job. If you are looking for a more professional setting, look elsewhere.
