Pros

great pay for managers flexible hours great for college or high school students free food managers are willing to work with you regarding school or family emergences and even if you have a second job.

Cons

this job is surrounded by drama and people who don't like eachother subway can get very busy at times, it can be very tiring and stress ful shift leaders and even non shift leaders sometimes think they have more power then what they really do. The gm likes to move people around to different stores quite ofen this can be very annoying if you are use to one store

Pros

great place to work on customer service and talking to people. unfortunately the pay is not that great unless you're a manager.

Cons

lack of available hours atleast in a college town. Also some of the shift leaders take advantage of their small amount of authority,
