Pros

They were very open-minded about who they hired, and the hiring process was very efficient for someone looking for a first job. We actually applied with paper applications instead of being told to apply online like everywhere else. The interview was pretty quick, and once you get the hang of it, it's pretty difficult to mess up.

Cons

I felt like everyone except the manager was not respected by the higher ups. The low salary is one of the biggest conflicts people had with this place of work. Me and my friends were teenagers when we worked here and became some of longest working employees there. We were very efficient at our jobs, yet were still getting paid minimum wage unlike the newbies they would hire on which were older than us. I remember even the assistant manager being paid barely more than us, and we all eventually quit because of how little they seemed to respect us.
